Shipping Policy for My Patch

At My Patch, we take great care to ensure your seedlings are delivered in optimal condition and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your orders will be delivered.

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are not shipped immediately after purchase. Instead, all orders are shipped together at the end of the sale period. This allows us to coordinate and deliver fresh, healthy seedlings.

Shipping and Pickup Options

We offer limited shipping and pickup options to ensure the best possible service for our customers:

Large My Patch Boxes

Our delivery zone for large boxes is currently limited to the North Auckland region. We can deliver to:

  • Urban Hibiscus Coast

  • Urban North Shore (except for the Devonport Peninsula – our delivery zone ends at Hauraki Corner)

  • Puhoi, Kaukapakapa, Dairy Flat, Wainui, Waitoki (sorry, not Riverhead or Coatesville)

  • Urban areas of Warkworth, Matakana, Point Wells, and Snells Beach

    • Includes up to 1km down any side road off the main roads connecting these areas.

If you live outside the delivery zone, pickup from Warkworth is available.

Pick n Mix Boxes

Our delivery zone for Pick n Mix boxes covers areas from South Auckland to Cape Reinga. These seedlings are timed for planting in our warm climate; orders from further south are placed at your own risk.

  • Rural Deliveries: A rural surcharge of $5.50 applies to rural addresses.

  • Great Barrier Island: Delivery is not possible without prior agreement.

  • Pickup from Warkworth is available for those outside the delivery zone.

Delivery Timeframe

Once shipped, delivery will occur within 1-2 business days. We recommend being available to receive your order promptly to ensure the health and quality of the seedlings.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Packaging: All seedlings are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Please handle with care upon arrival.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

  • Weather Considerations: We plan shipments to avoid extreme weather conditions that could harm your seedlings during transit.

  • Missed Deliveries: If you miss the delivery, please follow the instructions from the courier service to reschedule or collect your package promptly.
