Damaged in Transit: If your seedlings have been damaged during transit, you may choose one of the following options:

Partial Credit: Receive a store credit proportional to the percentage of seedlings damaged in transit.

Healthy Seedlings Guarantee: We strive to deliver only the healthiest seedlings. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if there are any issues. Be sure to include photos of the damaged seedlings to help us process your claim quickly.
Responsibility After Receipt

Once your seedlings are in your care, you assume full responsibility for their health and growth.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for seedlings that have been mishandled, improperly cared for, or damaged after delivery.
